UI updates #19

I could probably do some updates to the UI to match the styles from Steam. Also noticed that the mobile styles are different than the desktop styles so that could be something I should work on. I also noticed that the styles for the spoiler tag on the preview is different from spoiler tags used on Steam reviews

Hey there, thanks for letting me know and also volunteering 🙏🏾

It's entirely possible that the styling of the spoilers have changed since the tool was first released. I think at the time it was almost exactly a match, but I wouldn't be surprised if things have changed.
