Deribit Authorisation #1

Hello Don,

We looked through your code and noticed that there are no authorisation implementation for Deribit. So that every request fails with the next error:

Sorry I only saw this comment now. I tried to send a request directly to the test portal with the auth token without much luck which gave me the impression that the authorisation may not be fully functional yet. But if it is fully functional, could you please send me a sample request with auth for the test portal along with its response. I could then verify the same using postman and try to implement the solution accordingly.
