Add option to display HA price instead of GE price #8

Sorry in advance for non-idiomatic code. I haven't written Java in a decade.

This plugin's pretty great, but as an ironman seeing HA prices is much more useful to me.

This PR adds a toggle for displaying HA price instead of GE price.

Thanks, I didn't actually realize that the high alch price was available in the HTML of the scraped wiki pages.

An option to choose between GE or HA price in the config should be available in v1.1.5: https://github.com/runelite/plugin-hub/pull/2774
