IE6 and IE7 are blocked with ie9.js #357

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i connect IE9.js
2. when viewed in the ie8 everything works, in the 6 and 7 version site is 
blocked(all links, inputs and rests are not active), but the styles are applied 
correctly
3.if i disabled the script, then all are clickable, but the styles are poorely 
accepted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i use ie9.js for IE6,7,8 on WinXP
