Limited support for background-position #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. specify background-position using keywords 'left', 'right', 'top', 
'bottom' or 'center'
2. specify background-position using percentages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Background-positions specified other than in pixels are treated as zero.
