I would like to know (if it's possible for you to explain to me), how do you get the bomb timer data from csgo application?

Do you know any problem to use it with the VAC?

Sorry for the late reply, just saw your question. The csgo gamestate comes directly from the game client by default. More details in the Valve Developer wiki here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Counter-Strike:_Global_Offensive_Game_State_Integration
