Implements a neutral tonemapper as seen in some Frostbyte games: https://www.ea.com/frostbite/news/high-dynamic-range-color-grading-and-display-in-frostbite
This fixes overly bright areas of the screen, particularly when using PBR, without modifying the look of the game to a significant degree, nor does it shift hues.
