I'm playing in VR not sure if this is an issue in flatscreen too

Without details this can't help us. What version of CS? How to reproduce?

This has been happening in every test build from the past month or so, currently using the latest one from discord. As far as how to reproduce it; it's pretty much constant for me, just going under a roof makes objects underneath it flicker.

Seems to have been fixed in the most recent build!
