run all analysis
run all tests
check coverage results
make sure docs build
ensure branch name is correct when merging (can't merge feature into main, only into develop)
check version in files when trying to merge a release into main
on successful merge of a release branch, create a tag and corresponding pypi release

From other deleted issue:

should check version in setup.cfg and motionphoto/init.py match
should check that CHANGELOG.md has been updated
should check that a version hasn't been skipped
attempt to upload to pypi
create a release
set tag maybe?
when does this run? when merging a release branch into main? or when creating a tag? (probably the former)
