[Est:2] [WordPress] Remove duplicated Helper class carefully #315

There are two Helper classes that even have some functions that are duplicated: one located in the includes and the other located under the helpers folder. Which one should be used?

Due to its simple nature I think this one does not need any technical validation. What do you think, @sofia-doofinder ? I decided to keep the one inside /helpers folder as the real one.

There is a bug declaring the Helper class, so I'm reopening it.
