This PR would contain the new version of the plugin that merges both wordpress and woocommerce functionalities. This consists of several tasks and a general cleanup of the plugin.

[x] Prepare for indexing by doomanager.
[x] Prepare the multi-index
[x] Prepare the update on save
[x] Plugin cleanup (unusable functions, missing functionalities, etc).

Finally the weight of the update on save and the creation of the bulk falls on doomanager.
