Stream Not found error on server.How to pass the packet data of live.flv to server #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Stream Not Found error
2. In android device it gives access to browser and the Url.But in the URL 
NetStream.play.StreamNotFound
3. Is there any support library.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stream Not found error on server IP

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android API version 16
Windows 7 OS
