[Idea] Mod option for max upgrades #53

Besides execute order 66 we are limited to 7 upgrades. It would be great to add config for this. Something like slider for it

Yup, that is actually how I've implemented it in the upcoming version for Mod Helper 3.0 Great minds think alike :P
