I know it is not directly craftable but it could be added with the follwing recipe

1 space sciene pack = 0.1 rocket parts + 0.001 sattelite

Would make things easier with science planning.

Done, thanks for the notice :) I actually added it as 1000 packs = 100 parts + 1 satellite, but the result is the same.
