Add throughput requirement for science points #31

Since the half of end-game Factorio is all about research, it would be nice to have some sort of throughput input for science points.

For example, suppose I have 60 labs, all with +20% bonus productivity and +250% lab research speed. A lab with this setup has a net speed of +145%. For a 60 second research, which is what most infinite researches are, this equates to 1.2points / 24.5secs x 60 labs = 2.94points/sec.

It would be nice if the user could input such a number (together with lab bonuses) and he would get how much raw resources he would need to accomplish that.
