[Theme Request] add leuven theme #466

leuven theme https://github.com/fniessen/emacs-leuven-theme is a really nice light theme out there for emacs. Please consider adding this to doom themes. thanks!

Oh, I try (setq doom-theme 'leuven), and it works. Surprise!
