Hydra.Router refactor #12

RFC @jcarouth — This is still a WIP but should be stable enough for comments. Couple of changes included:

Renamed routers and moved them into Hydra.Router
Added some typespecs
Refactored Hydra.Endpoint to Hydra.Route
Implemented a dynamically generated Plug.Router. This a spike into unknown territory. Tests pass and the routes are generated. Now I need to see how well it works when new routes are added and the module is recompiled.

After much delay, I have finished the refactoring of the Hydra.Router. The routes are now dynamically added to the code, the module re-compiled, and loaded.
