Timeout: connect timed out: 192.168.137.100:12345 #197

When I run the command: dsr_launcher dsr_moveit.launch model:=m0609 mode:=virtual color:=blue An error occurred: Timeout: connect timed out: 192.168.137.100:12345 Previously I connected successfully but the next day I got this error. I would be honored if you could help me fix this error. Thank you for reading

Hello @duygiang1162,

Thank you for your interest and for using our services. If there is no response from the robot, it appears to be a communication connectivity issue. I suggest checking the network environment settings, attempting communication after ensuring successful ping to 192.168.137.100, and if the issue persists, consider rebooting the robot and try again.
