Update union-value #16

Currently specified version of union-value has a dependency with a vulnerability. (https://snyk.io/vuln/SNYK-JS-SETVALUE-450213) From the commits on union-value (https://github.com/jonschlinkert/union-value/compare/0.2.3...2.0.1), it's breaking change for Node.js version 4 or lower.

@Hoishin thanks for the PR.... I published a patch version using union-value@1.0.1 since that is compatible with older versions of Node.js. I'll merge this PR and publish a new major version after a few other updates.
