Tip is intermittently showing up on a task its been unlinked from #108

  1. link a tip to a task
  2. login & sync so that you see that tip show up on that task
  3. unlink that tip from that task
  4. go back to the app & sync - it will have disappeared (and lightbulbs are gone)

??sometime later?? (unclear what triggers it to come back - it seems to be intermittent)

  1. go back to that list & see lightbulb for that task - the tip is back!
