Adding item in long list can cause re-draw issues #72

Similar to the re-draw issue on re-arranging. Dan thinks it's because creating a new item inserts a row (and therefore a new order value) into the fetched results controller. Might need a re-fresh of the FRC somewhere in there...

I see this happen reliably when the list needs a re-balance of order values, but don't see it other times. Want to check with becca to see if she's seen it any other time.
