missing tfm font files #3

When a font file is missing an error like this can occur:

mktextfm: `mf-nowin -progname=mf \mode:=ljfour; mag:=1; nonstopmode; input tcrm0700' failed to make tcrm0700.tfm.
kpathsea: Appending font creation commands to missfont.log.

itex should respond accordingly by installing the correct font package (in this case ec)
