How to handle ServiceUnavailable when person already bought plan but couldnt update user #380

Send email to customer if we couldnt update the user after a purchase. The email would suggest taking the receipt send by stripe and contacting support

(However any sane customer would proceed like that anyway. This only applies in a prod environment...for testing accounts stripe sends nothing)
