Add Atom One Dark color pallette #2

Thank you for your contribution, however, dipc is undergoing a major rewrite so it might be a bit difficult to create theme/palette-related PRs until the next version is released.

A similar theme that is already builtin that might interest you is edge.

I will update this thread once the code is ready to merge more themes and/or One Dark is added.

Added OneDark Theme. You can reference this feature at #8. I will add this theme "officially" with the v1.0.0 release.
