Convert exporter DeploymentConfigs to Deployments #1147

Feature description

All of our exporters are currently deployed as OpenShift DeploymentConfigs instead of Kubernetes Deployments. DeploymentConfigs are bring deprecated soon, so we need to deal with that soon.

How this will help you

Avoid Pelorus not working in future versions of OpenShift.
