@haixuanTao The dependency updates lead to CI failures now because the update from opentelemetry-system-metrics v0.1.8 to v0.1.9 is a breaking change. The change is breaking because https://github.com/haixuanTao/opentelemetry-system-metrics/pull/5 updated to a semver-incompatible opentelemetry version, which changed the type of the Meter argument.

Given that semver considers v0.1.8 and v0.1.9 compatible, it would be best to yank v0.1.9 and re-release it as v0.2.0.
