Well being is something more individual, a personal state about the health and security of employees when Quality of Life at Work tackles these issues in a systemic way, at the level of the organization, its processes and management. This is precisely what we're aiming for with the DORA framework: to improve Quality of Life in the workplace while enhancing software delivery and organizational performance.
