Add GrimoireLab to Resources page #617

On the "Resources" page, consider adding the open source software GrimoireLab, which is used by companies to analyze software development projects. The software is part of the Linux Foundation's CHAOSS project.

I can offer to author a pull request. I believe this file is the only one that needs editing.

Does GrimoireLab collect and visualize DORA’s software delivery metrics: the four key? Can you point to an example of it being used that way?

I believe it does. But I'm not finding public references. Would it be acceptable for me to write a blog post demonstrating GrimoireLab's way of collecting and visualizing DORA's software delivery metrics?
