fix eslint usage in CI #7

I saw your comment on why eslinting currently doesn't work in CI: I added, there is an issue with the linter working with the new config format for now, independent from me, notify your-self on progress here

However I think you missed an important part in the referenced issue, that there is a workaround... Please follow the instructions and fix it, as well as dropping standard linting.
