Redesign potential tenants component #1619

To looks like carousel + instead of sending message show "Expose landlord details" button. Which will send event which will trigger email to tenant with landlord details.

And display this component instead of tenant rows on top of the screen until listing has at least 1 like. Today landlords just don't see it:
