Create readme.md with deprecation notice #77

Adds a README with a deprecation notice to make it clearer that the project is no longer being maintained. I've loved using CoRD, but I have to agree with @peelman's assessment that its usefulness is dwindling (#74). Thank you, all, for your contributions over the years. RIP CoRD (pun intended).
