I need to package it a little better than it is, because my old code sucks. Will see if I can do it later, right now it's a busy period. The biggest problem I have is that Github doesn't accept files > 100mb, and I can't upload the random forest models. I always end up posting LINDA as a zip release and not using Github for proper tracking. Not sure how to resolve that.
I haven;t used neuroconductor, but having all atlases as R packages would be great (including various MNI atlases, ch2, Glasser 2016, etc). Even better if you can include ants transformation warps of the registration between templates, like ch2 -> MNI. Yet, those files are > 100mb and Github will not hold them within the repository.
Any work to make this a true package (with dependencies and such)? If so, I'd be happy to help and get on Neuroconductor. I just made AAL labels into a package: https://neuroconductor.org/package/aal. I was thinking of doing the same thing with ch2 atlas - thoughts?
