Apache license does not agree with R licenses #13

Not sure about this, I am simply following ANTsR's license.

@stnava any opinion on why you chose Apache vs. GPL?

Thanks for link - didn't mean it wasn't good - just thought it may trigger a note in the check, but fixed it on my branch.
