Error when running 1st prediction in LINDA #28

Hi,

I'm trying to run a lesion segmentation on my strokes patients, yet already in the first prediction step I get this error:

Error in nnz[-temp] <- F : object of type 'S4' is not subsettable.

I'm not used to work with R, so no idea how to debug this error. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hi @hhal .

Not sure what might be the problem. Can you post the code you are using to call it?

Hi @dorianps,

I reinstalled all packages and it seems to work now!

Thanks for your time!
