update akka and akka http version to the latest version #330

Just update the version number seems to work. all tests passed. related issue https://github.com/doriordan/skuber/issues/329

This repo seems to have been abandoned. A maintained fork is available here https://github.com/hagay3/skuber Please refer to the new repo which akka HTTP is already updated to the latest: 10.2.4
