Meso should not drop 100% of the time #21

I believe the standard meso drop rate is 60% for almost all mobs in the leaked BMS drop data (some mobs drop meso at 65% rate). After watching multiple big bang videos (v93 ~ v95 based) I assume its safe to say that this is still the case for big bang
