Changes -

Handled Shadow throw properly and all the logic related to throwing star itemID management and star consumption. (TODO: handle is_shoot_skill_not_consuming_bullit properly)
Added the base line handling for AvatarMsg handling.
Handled character cosmetics wz reading and json handling.
Added proper support to avatar modification in the NPC scripting
Added !style command to have it all in 1 place. (faces & faces color might need bit more work)
