Create landing page footer that will match these designs: Figma - landing page

Footer should be used in Login and Register page

Footer should be responsive and handle 3 breakpoints:

360px >= screen width < 768px → mobile
768px >= screen width < 1024px → tablet
1200px >= screen width → desktop

Requirements

Policy terms should redirect to repository MIT license
Book icon should redirect to project wiki page
GitHub icon should redirect to our organization GitHub
