There are some general settings which need to be configured in an end-user friendly way, such as this section:

Or the upcoming default deadline weekday.

This boils down to the following tasks:

• Create a new table named settings, basically forming a key-value store between TEXT and untyped stuff. This should probably be initialized with a fair bit of default stuff.
• Create a new route accessible to superusers only, listing all these settings, allowing to modify them.

Turns out the settings as I have them currently in mind will be a lot more complicated than that. We'll need

• a description field describing what this setting is used for, end-user facing
• a kind field which denotes the type (Rust won't let us use type without further hassle) and will need some kind of validation machinery, also generating appropriate HTML inputs on the fly

On the other hand, I think it's also fair to hardcode the individual settings for now, as the usage has to be hardcoded either way. I'll sleep about this.
