Add rule for `.z` #197

https://github.com/rupa/z/ It's a command that lets you quickly jump to your most frequent or recent directories. so instead of cd path/to/directory you can do z dir and it will cd to the full directory. The .z file contains a list of the known directories and it is 'learnt' as you use your usual cd commands.
