#131: Enable selecting check out date for accommodation. Disable rating for check in plan element #140

Now I assume people are smart - if they added check in for some place, then next plan element will be check out. To do next (or not?) add accommodation as first and last event of the day - good to have, but I'll have to save in database that element is check in/check out event. To do 2: add field for notes for every plan element

About the first to do: if I understood you correctly I dont like it :p
