SVG Timeline #15

I've been working on the timeline & accompanying styling for the SVG--I wanted to scale the SVG using the viewbox element but it seems to cut off a good portion of the timeline. Any idea on how to fix this? I've been playing with it for a while now with no luck. Also pushed everything to the server! Try viewing in Chrome or Safari rather than Mozilla, I still need to update the graphics for Mozilla and IE sigh
