UHD620 External HDMI or DP black screen but detected #219

Hello,

As I have tested with LG 4K HDR 28 inch screen, with either HDMI or DP the external LG monitor will remain black and shown as no input signal, however, the laptop recognizes the screen.

EDID has been used to fix internal screen turn black when insert an external screen. This has proven to work since macOS High Sierra.

The current macOS version is 10.15.7 with OC 0.6.9, also tried OC 0.7.0 but same result.

Fixed by disabling HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color option in LG screen menu.
