Z590 RKL support #221

We need to update https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/ to include Z590 information. Here is a reference config, which can be of some help. There also are notes:

Hello,

I have encountered Stuck on [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] issue and tried to resolve it by all the possible troubleshooting steps but none seems to fix the issue.

I am working on a i5-11600K + RX 5700 XT Dell XPS 8940 machine.

XPS8940 EFI.zip

Is there any other steps that I can try?
