Redo all screenshots #280

Optionally have a light and dark mode for each of them, and/or some way to automate taking screenshots

My suggestion would be to use screenshot only to show the current section that is being worked on in the config, but not to actually show the settings. For this I would use tables only. In my experience it reduces the chances for config errors a lot.
