Should fix #3 #4

Finally found it --

config/initializers/client_side_validations.rb

This commit https://github.com/dorton/HerreraSignIn/commit/c3af5287e5f1758916d505736185fec4cff93cd2 removed the client_side_validations gem, but didn't remove it from the Gemfile.

In production, Rails preloads everything... so in development you never used it so all was OK. But in production, it preloads it and since it didn't exist: BLAMO.
