Thanks for releasing code and it's a very interesting work. However, the files, affine_warp_big_mex.mexw64 and compute_diffeon_mex.mexw64 can only work in windows environment. Would you plan to provide the source code of affine_warp_big_mex and compute_diffeon_mex or the corresponding compiled files for Linux?

@KarryChiang I've reproduced some of the code, but there are a few places where the original author didn't open source it completely
