Intermediate saves #17

Right now, the states are only saved at close time. To make sure you don't lose work due to shutdowns etc, they should also be able to be saved at arbitrary times.

[x] Add save flag to persist.py
[x] Save ConEmu
[x] Save Sublime Text
[x] Save Chrome
