Low FPS in fullscreen mode on level #3

Paralax effect in background causes major FPS drop in the game on some hardware. It has to be somehow optimized.

WONTFIX. Tried to bite that in every possible way, but just couldn't. It seems like it's just my GPU being retarded, and this FPS drop won't be such a big issue after #28 is done.
