Implement Super Derpy Film Maker #36

Implement SDFM mode:

constant framerate
no framedrop
- so possible slow motion during gameplay, but not visible on video
saving every frame to file
- or maybe AVI? or even use ffmpeg and make it configurable?
- would be nice if sound could be saved too, but it's not necessary
does not need to be compiled in by default, so it may use external dependencies
- but if it won't use any, then there's no need to make option for disabling it

Reason: saving high quality video footage from game without using external tools, because it would kill my laptop :]
